Contact us to schedule a viewing of the property. We’ll walk you through the home and answer any questions about the property, neighborhood, or lease terms.
Apply online through our secure application portal. Each adult (18+) who will live in the home must submit a separate application. Be prepared to provide:
We conduct a thorough screening that includes credit history, criminal background check, income verification, and rental history. We generally look for verifiable income of at least 3x the monthly rent. All applications are evaluated consistently and in full compliance with Fair Housing laws.
Once approved, you’ll receive your lease and instructions for paying the security deposit and first month’s rent. Paying your deposit promptly secures the property and takes it off the market.
Sign your lease electronically, complete your move-in checklist, set up utilities, and pick up your keys. Welcome home!
